You don't yet have access to My Book Fair? Our customer service area is just a few steps away. There, permanently available, you'll find the most extensive address databases for the book and media industry. You can book your appearance at the Fair or plan the details of your visit.

As a My Book Fair member you won't miss any deadlines, and we'll keep you informed about our latest service offers – throughout the year. After registering, trade visitors also have a chance to upgrade to premium membership. Premium members are given privileged access to detailed catalogue information and other services that are otherwise reserved for exhibitors and journalists.

Simple My Book Fair membership

Registration is free and provides you with the following services:

  • Trade visitor tickets at the advance sale price
  • Redeeming of ticket vouchers
  • Access to the Frankfurt Book Fair's visa service (required when applying for letters of invitation)
  • Entry in the Frankfurt Book Fair's Who's Who (the online listing for the book and media industry)
  • Full access to the Frankfurt Book Fair's Calendar of Events
  • Search for companies in the Frankfurt Catalogue (the exhibitors catalogue)*
  • Search for individuals in the Who's Who of the book industry's *
  • Search for titles in the Frankfurt Rights Catalogue*
  • Information and invitations to industry events throughout the year

Services for premium members and exhibitors

The premium services are available free of charge for exhibitors, and for others at a cost of 24 euros a year (plus VAT). This is payable by credit card (all countries) or by direct debit (Germany only).

  • Full access to information about the exhibiting companies as listed in the Frankfurt Catalogue (year-round)
  • Full access to the contact details of potential business partners, and the delivery of your contact details and appointment requests to individuals in the Who's Who
  • Full access to the titles listed in the Frankfurt Rights Catalogue
  • Storage of search results in preparation for your visit to the Fair

Services for online administrators and exhibitors

Need to book a stand? Enter your company in the catalogue? Send a press release? Just log in once, and you'll have it all organised! Each exhibiting company appoints an online administrator, who is then given access to the following functions and areas of My Book Fair:

  • Online stand registration
  • Internet payments
  • The company's entry in the Frankfurt Catalogue
  • Entry of titles in the Frankfurt Rights Catalogue
  • Collective entry of employees in the Who's Who of the book industry. (Alternatively, employees may create their own entries. However, company affiliation still needs to be confirmed by the online administrator.)
  • Entry of the company's events in the Calendar of Events
  • Booking the online press service
